  • Strategische Personalsteuerung, insbesondere Personalbedarfs- und -einsatzplanung; Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Personalsuche und -auswahl in der Zentralstelle;
  • Aus- und Weiterbildung (Grundausbildung, Verwaltungsakademie des Bundes, interne und externe Weiterbildung) Betreuung des Anmeldesystems E-BM (Elektronisches Bildungsmanagement des Bundes) für das Ressort, Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung;
  • Strategisches Controlling und Wirkungscontrolling;
  • Organisationsentwicklung und Verwaltungsinnovation; Generelle organisationsrelevante Regelungen und Abläufe (z.B. Organisationshandbuch) und ELAK-spezifische Regelungen und Abläufe (z.B. Musterprozesse, Aktenplan);
  • Arbeitspsychologie, Konfliktmanagement und Mobbingprävention des Ressorts.
